As of January 1, 2004, AFBS is charging a fee for Members transferring funds to another financial institution. This fee will be equal to 0.5% of the transferred amount. The charge will only be levied on transfers to other institutions and not on any movements within accounts at AFBS. In the cases of cash withdrawals, the withdrawal fee will only be equal to 10% of the withdrawal amount to a maximum of $50.00.
