LifeSpeak on Demand

WORK.  LEARN.  THRIVE.  ANYWHERE.  ANYTIME.

To support you in your efforts to integrate and meet the demands of your work and personal life, we are pleased to introduce LifeSpeak On Demand, an innovative on-line video program.  These videos can be viewed at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from wherever there is Internet access by Members or their families who are registered on the AFBS website. .  This on-line series delivers carefully researched information in the form of streaming video clips (each clip runs for 6 – 10 minutes) from acclaimed North American experts.
 
AFBS’ LifeSpeak On Demand series consists of 30 separate topic selections, each containing six videos (180 video modules in all) within 6 categories consisting of:
 
  Physical and Mental Health;
  Professional Development and Communication Skills;
  Personal Growth & Relationships;
 Children’s Health & Wellness;
 Parenting Styles and Discipline; and
 ElderCare.
 
A complete list of the topics and the experts follows.
 
The 180 video clips are accompanied by on-line tip sheets with more practical information and strategies on each topic.
 
We encourage you to view the videos and to share them with your immediate family members.
 
LifeSpeak On Demand also provides an opportunity for you to join live web chats through LifeSpeak 2.0 – Ask the Expert, a monthly LifeSpeak –moderated web chat with a renowned expert.   Using this additional on-line tool will allow you to get your own questions answered from an expert in the field.
 
All of this information can be accessed through the LifeSpeak On Demand icon on the Members’ Login section of the AFBS website.  If you haven’t already registered on the AFBS website, please consider the additional advantages of LifeSpeak On Demand and register now at www.actrafrat.com.  
 
LifeSpeak On Demand is in addition to the Member and Family Assistance Program (MFAP) information and resources already available to you and now accessed through the Members’ Login section of the AFBS website at www.actrafrat.com.
